I, the Artist, reserve the right to accept or decline a commission

I, the Artist, reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media/websites as self-promotion and to build my portfolio

Do not ask me to copy someone else's style

Changes to character design may occur for emotes (example: simplifying details)

I usually send WIPs at every step - sketch > lineart > basic color > full render with watermark

Please provide clear image references or have a reference sheet ready before you commission me

A total of 3 revisions can be made until the full render. Extra fees will be applied for additional revisions

Once a commission has been deemed "completed" by the Artist, even if revisions were not used by the client at the time the artwork was being drawn, no changes to the commission can be made; otherwise, additional fees will be applied

Estimated date of delivery: 2 - 3 weeks, but greatly depends on how busy I am

I don't do rush orders

I will draw:
  Humans, human-like creatures, kemonomimi, mild ecchi, a few animals (not furry style, but like... a baby chick, cat, etc.)

I won't draw:
  NSFW, nudity, very buff people, old people/creatures, mechas

Do not send payment before I accept the commission

Once I have accepted the commission, I will send an invoice

Payment is through Stripe or Paypal only and currency is in USD (with Stripe, you can pay with credit card + has less fees)

Work on the commission will not begin until the FULL payment has been received

If work on the commission has not started, I will only offer a 50% refund (so please be absolutely sure you want to commission me)

Once the commission has started (sketch drawn), there will be no refunds

No refund will be issued even if an emote is not approved by a platform (example: Twitch or YouTube rejects the emote you commissioned)

I will only provide a full refund if I, the Artist, for whatever reason, am unable to complete the commission

Commercial usage must be discussed with the Artist before the commission begins, and the commercial fee must also be paid in full before work is started

Commercial fee is 2x the original price

A chargeback by the client must NOT be authorized for any reason. Chargebacks will lead to a blacklist of my services and other artists will be notified

Crediting me, the Artist, is mandatory as this helps support me and my work

How to credit: my name (Syntic) and a link to my twitter (@Synt1c)

 Twitch (emotes/art) - mention me under one of your panels, or attribute the emote to syntique
 YouTube (emotes/art) - mention me in the description of your video
 Twitter/social media sites (header/emotes/art) - mention me in your bio or description
 Discord - mention me in the channels where you make annoucements/rules

Emotes and art commissions are created for the sole use by the client on their platforms (example: twitch, youtube, etc.)

Do not steal, trace, or alter my artwork in any way

Do not remove my watermarks

You may NOT sell the commissioned artwork nor mass produce it to be sold (unless the commercial fee is paid), nor sell the artwork to a third party

All other commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial fee has been paid to the Artist

The client is NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork to train A.I., nor modify it using A.I. (this includes using prompts)

The client is NOT allowed to sell the commissioned artwork as an NFT

Price varies greatly depending on complexity (simpler emotes that require less frames or less additional drawing will be considered a "simple animated emote"; complex character design also a factor in pricing)

Each frame is hand-drawn

I do NOT rig the emote myself, but I can separate the layers for rigging

You are responsible for finding someone to animate/rig your emotes for you
